1990 NEW YORK GIANTS FAN CAP

Starting in the late 1980s, New Era first had a license to create and deign caps for the National Footbal League. This New York Giants cap is an example of one of the first NFL caps offered to fans.

This 5-panel trucker style cap was made with a polyester front crown, including a nylon mesh open back, cotton taping, and a plastic snapback adjustable closure, This particular design featured a dye-sublimated artwork on the front panels.

 

 

 

1992 BUFFALO BILLS "ACF CHAMPIONS" FAN CAP

This Buffalo Bills fan cap showcases a heat seal front patch that was made ahead of the championship games and added to the caps when the game was decided.

This process significantly cut down the number of caps that would be unusable.

This 911-style A-Frame cap, with an open back, ws created for the Little League World Series.

This cap shows New Era's influence through all levels of baseball. To this day, New Era produces caps for the Little League World Series.
