New Era Cap Company Limited is proud to provide our customers with the finest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it unworn and unlaundered within 30 days of the order date on your invoice for a refund. 

There is a return form included in your delivery that you should send back to us along with the product. You will also find a sticky label in your parcel with our returns address so you can easily send it back to us
