Please do not try to return unwanted items after your 30 day return period has passed, we will not issue a refund and cannot return your items back to you.
If you bought the item/s from the New Era Cap Europe website and are dissatisfied due to a manufacturing flaw, and it is past 30 days from the day of purchase, we allow up to 6 months from the time of purchase for a replacement item. Please contact our Customer Services team to discuss this further, prior to returning your goods.
Please note that in this case, New Era Cap Company Ltd offers you a replacement of any item of your choice of equal or lesser value that is available on our website in your size.
