For Standard and Express deliveries only, please login to your account to view the status of your order and access your shipment's tracking details. If you are a guest and do not have an account, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If you are unable to receive your package, or the courier is unable to deliver it, then the UPS driver may take your package the nearest access point to keep your package safe. In the event of this happening, information on the location of your package will be available on your shipment's tracking details.
