How do I join New Era Cap's loyalty program?
Simply create an account on our website to join the New Era Cap Collectors Club, it's completely free! As a welcome, you'll receive 25 points just for signing up.
All existing customers with an active account are automatically enrolled into the Collectors Club.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend with us. Additionally, you can earn points through activities like referring friends or following us on social media. You even earn points on your birthday! Find out all of the ways you can earn points on the Collectors Club loyalty page.
How do I refer my friends?
Invite your friends to join the Collectors Club by sharing your unique referral link. Your friend will receive 20% off their first order, and after they make a purchase, you'll earn 50 points.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed for exclusive Collectors Club discounts to use on your orders. Simply log into your account to view all of your redeemable points and hit Redeem to get your discount code which can be used at checkout. The more points you earn, the bigger the rewards. These discount codes cannot be used with other discount codes.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire if you are inactive for 12-months.
What happens to my tier status after a year?
Your Collectors Club tier status is based on a rolling 12-month activity period. This 12-month activity period starts from the moment you enter a tier. If within 12-months of entering a specific tier, you do not move up a tier or maintain that tier, then you will be demoted to your eligible tier for the starting a new 12-month activity period.
For example:
- If you're in Bronze, following your 12-month activity period, you have not progressed up a tier, you will remain in Bronze in a new 12-month activity period.
- If you're in Silver (£150+) and within your 12-month activity period you have not spent enough to progress to Gold (£300+), at the end of your 12-month activity period you will be demoted to Bronze.
- If you're in Gold, and within your 12-month activity period you have not spent enough to remain in Gold (£300+), at the end of your 12-month activity period you will be demoted to your eligible tier based on the amount you have spent in that activity period:
Bronze – £0-£149
Silver – £150-£299
Gold – +£300
Can I use my rewards discount on sale items?
Yes, you can use your rewards discount on your entire order.
How do I track my points?
Once logged into your account, you can view your points balance in your Collectors Club dashboard.
What are the different membership tiers?
Our program features three tiers, Bronze, Silver and Gold, with each tier unlocking more benefits.
Why didn’t I receive my points?
Points are awarded after your purchase is confirmed. If you believe points are missing from your account, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my account?
No, you will only receive points from purchases made from when the Collectors Club was launched 23/10/2025. We are unable to retrospectively award points from previous orders.
Will I be able to use my points/rewards in-store?
No, you will not be able to earn points from in-store purchases or use rewards towards your in-store purchases. All Collectors Club points and rewards are exclusive to online purchases only at https://www.neweracap.co.uk/ and https://www.neweracap.eu.
If I return an order that was placed using a redeemed discount, will I receive another replacement code?
No, you will not receive a new discount code. All reward discounts can only be redeemed and used once.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under Ways To Earn on the Collectors Club page when you log in, or go into your account and insert your birthday. On your birthday we will gift you 50 points!
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period, you will receive your birthday points 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year from being on the Collectors Club loyalty program.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
Why didn't I receive my birthday points?
You must provide your birthday to earn birthday points. If your birthday is within the next 30 days of when you provide your birthday, your birthday points reward will be delayed until 30 days from the date of entry.
How do I enter New Era Collectors Club competitions to sporting events and brand launch events?
As part of our Collectors Club program, we will be offering a chance to win tickets to sporting events and brand launch events to Gold tier members. If you are not signed up to the program, or if you are in Bronze and Silver member status, you will not be able to access these events until you reach Gold member status.
If you are a Gold member, there are 2 ways you will be able to find out and enter competitions:
- If you are signed up to email marketing, you will receive an email regarding the details of each competition. If you are not signed up to email marketing, you will not receive this email, so if you want to hear about each competition via email, please ensure you opt into email marketing.
- On the email, there will be a link to a landing page, where there will be a sign-up form, of which you must complete to be within a chance to win.
Collectors Club Dashboard
- Each upcoming event will be displayed on the Collectors Club dashboard.
- You can access the details to each event by clicking into them, where it will take you to the relevant event landing page.
- On the landing page, you can complete a sign-up form for that specific event to be within a chance to win.
IMPORTANT
Each event will have specific terms and conditions, please be sure to read through it thoroughly before entering. If you are not a Gold tier member within the Collectors Club, you will not be eligible to enter the competitions until you move up to Gold tier status.
Do Silver and Gold members of The Collectors Club get free delivery?
Yes, Silver and Gold members of the Collectors Club receive free delivery on all orders of £25 / 35€ or more. Bronze members, along with all other customers, can still enjoy free delivery when their order total is £40 / 50€ or more.
How do I get into different tiers?
You progress through the tiers by spending. Everyone begins in Bronze, spend £150+ to get into Silver, and spend £300+ to reach Gold.
Is there a minimum spend required to use my discount code?
Yes. Each discount code has a specific minimum spend amount before it can be applied at checkout.
Here’s how it works:
- If you redeem 300 points, you’ll receive a £10 discount, which requires a minimum spend of £45.
- If you redeem 500 points, you’ll receive a £20 discount, which requires a minimum spend of £65.
- If you redeem 700 points, you’ll receive a £30 discount, which requires a minimum spend of £75.
- If you redeem 900 points, you’ll receive a £40 discount, which requires a minimum spend of £85.
- If you redeem 1100 points, you’ll receive a £50 discount, which requires a minimum spend of £95.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do the discount codes expire?
Once you redeem your points for your exclusive discount code, you have 1 month to use it.
